40+ and FABULOUS is designed for women who want more than workouts and are ready for a deeper level of support.
The program combines live small group personal training with holistic lifestyle coaching to help you build strength while improving energy, sleep, nutrition, stress management, and daily habits.
Each training session includes real time guidance, corrections, and modifications, so exercises are adapted to your body, ability, and energy level.
The program begins with a lifestyle and fitness assessment followed by a private Roadmap Session with Mila. During this session, you review your results and create an individualized plan tailored to your body, lifestyle, and goals.
In addition to training, you receive group lifestyle coaching sessions and Brain Fitness classes designed to support focus, memory, coordination, and cognitive health.
This approach helps you strengthen your body, improve daily habits, and create sustainable changes that support your long-term health.

8 small group personal training sessions per month (60min)
Limited to 6 women per group to ensure personal attention and coaching

Monday: Brain fitness 8 AM - 8:30 AM
Tuesday: Personal training 8 AM
Wednesday: Personal training 8 AM
Thursday: Personal training 11 AM
Friday: Personal training 11 AM
Saturday: Personal training 8 AM
