Fit For You combines private personal training with holistic lifestyle coaching to help you build strength, improve energy, and develop sustainable habits that support long term health.

The program begins with a lifestyle and fitness assessment, followed by the creation of a personalized roadmap tailored to your body, goals, lifestyle, and schedule.

Each month includes eight private sessions that can be structured according to your needs. You may choose personal training, holistic lifestyle coaching, or a combination of both.

Between sessions, you also have direct access to Mila for guidance, questions, and support as you apply your plan in your daily life.

This is the most individualized level of support, helping you strengthen your body, improve your routines, and take full control of your health.

What's included:

  • 8 private sessions per month (60 min)

  • Combination of personal training and holistic lifestyle coaching based on your needs

  • Lifestyle and fitness assessment

  • Private roadmap session with Mila to review results and define priorities (60 min)

  • Exercises adapted to your body, mobility, and energy level

  • Personalized modifications to support safe and effective training

  • Ongoing access to Mila between sessions for guidance and support

  • Monthly Brain Fitness session (30min)

  • Optional access to group coaching sessions (30min) and community chat
