Small Group Personal Training For Women Over 40

40+ and FIT is designed for women over 40 who want the benefits of personal training with the structure and accountability of a small group.

The program focuses on strength training to help you build muscle, improve balance and posture, support pelvic floor health, and increase energy through safe, low impact workouts.

Each session includes real time guidance, corrections, and modifications, so exercises are adapted to your body, ability, and energy level.

This approach helps you train safely, build strength, and progress at a pace that works for your body.

If you would like to add additional small group personal training sessions, one-on-one personal training, or holistic lifestyle coaching, you will be able to do so at checkout.

What's included:

  • 8 small group personal training 2× per week (60min)

  • Limited to 6 women per group to

    ensure personal attention and coaching

  • Live sessions with real-time coaching, corrections, and feedback

  • Exercises adapted to individual ability, mobility, and energy level

  • Personalized modifications to support

    safe and effective training

  • Private group chat for accountability and questions between sessions

Small Group Schedule

  • Tuesday: Personal training 8 AM

  • Wednesday: Brain Fitness 8 AM

  • Wednesday: Personal training 5 PM

  • Thursday: Personal training 11 AM

  • Friday: Personal training 11 AM

  • Saturday: Personal training 8:00 AM

    All times are Central Time Zone
