40+ and FABULOUS – Small group personal training plus holistic lifestyle coaching. Best for women who want guidance not only with training but also with nutrition, sleep, stress management, and daily habits.
Fit For You – Private coaching and personal training fully tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and schedule. This is the most personalized option for women who want one on one guidance and a customized approach to their health and fitness.

In addition to live training sessions, you receive ongoing support to help you stay consistent and continue making progress.
Clients have access to a private group chat where you can ask questions, share progress, and stay connected with the community. Members of the 40+ and FABULOUS program also receive group lifestyle coaching sessions, Brain Fitness classes, and daily tips and reminders to support healthy habits.
Clients in the Fit For You program receive the highest level of personalized support, including direct messaging access to Mila for guidance between sessions.
This additional support helps you stay accountable, build healthier habits, and continue progressing outside of training sessions.

If you cannot attend a scheduled session, please contact Mila. Whenever possible, we will try to help you join another session.
Since training takes place in small groups with limited spots, consistent attendance helps ensure the best experience for everyone in the group.
If your schedule requires more flexibility, the Fit For You program may be a better option, as sessions can be scheduled privately based on your availability.

Yes, keeping your camera on during live sessions is important. It allows Mila to see your movement, provide real-time corrections, and make sure exercises are performed safely and correctly.

You’ll get immediate access to the live class schedule in your member portal and can join any session right away. You’ll also receive a link to our private Telegram group for reminders, tips, and quick Q&A. We’ll send simple equipment guidance (mat, dumbbells, loop band, small ball) with safe substitutions if you’re missing something.

Right now, switching tiers isn’t available. You’ll need to cancel your current membership, keep using it until the end of your paid period, and then sign up for the new tier you want. We’re working to offer easy upgrades/downgrades in the future.

Exercises can be modified to accommodate injuries or physical limitations. During live sessions, Mila provides real time guidance, corrections, and modifications so movements are adjusted to your body, ability, and comfort level.
If you have an injury or specific concern, please share it before the session so the exercises can be adapted appropriately.

Yes. All programs are offered online, so women can join from anywhere in the world. As long as the session times work for your schedule and you have a stable internet connection, you can participate in live training and coaching sessions from home.
All sessions are scheduled in CST (Central Time Zone).

Programs are billed monthly. This allows you to reserve your place in the program and participate in scheduled sessions each month.
Because training takes place in small groups with limited spots, a minimum commitment may apply depending on the program. Full details are provided during the registration process or upon request.

I do not provide strict meal plans or diets. Instead, I coach you on nutrition to help you develop sustainable eating habits that support your energy, strength, and long term health.
In the 40+ and FABULOUS and Fit For You programs, nutrition is part of holistic lifestyle coaching, where we focus on practical strategies that fit your lifestyle rather than restrictive plans.

The programs are designed to support the changes many women experience after 40. Strength training helps preserve muscle, support bone health, improve balance and posture, and maintain energy as hormones change.
Training is low impact and adapted to your body, ability, and energy level. In the 40+ and FABULOUS and Fit For You programs, lifestyle coaching also helps you address areas such as sleep, stress, nutrition, and daily habits that influence how you feel during this stage of life.
The goal is to help you stay strong, active, and in control of your health.

Before your first session, please download Zoom and make sure it is working properly on your device.
Prepare a small space where you can move comfortably and have any basic equipment recommended for the program, such as dumbbells, resistance bands, or a small ball.
Wear comfortable workout clothing and have water nearby. Please position your camera so Mila can clearly see your full body, which allows her to guide you, correct your form, and adjust exercises during the session.
Most importantly, come ready to move and enjoy the process.

Yes. You can try one live small group personal training session before committing to a program.
This allows you to meet Mila, experience the training style, and see how the sessions work before deciding if the program is the right fit for you.
After the trial session, you can choose the program that best supports your goals if you decide to continue.
