  • All sessions are delivered live on Zoom, and there are no on-demand replays.

    If you miss a class, you’ll stay supported through your personalized plan and community.

  • Yes, your camera must be on during group classes.

    This helps ensure safety, proper form, and real-time feedback during sessions.

  • You’ll get immediate access to the live class schedule in your member portal and can join any session right away. You’ll also receive a link to our private Telegram group for reminders, tips, and quick Q&A. We’ll send simple equipment guidance (mat, dumbbells, loop band, small ball) with safe substitutions if you’re missing something.

  • Right now, switching tiers isn’t available. You’ll need to cancel your current membership, keep using it until the end of your paid period, and then sign up for the new tier you want. We’re working to offer easy upgrades/downgrades in the future.

  • Don’t worry! Every session includes modifications.

    Let me know in advance and I’ll guide you safely through alternatives.

    All sessions are scheduled in CST (Central Time Zone).

  • Memberships are billed monthly unless you choose a 3-month package.

    There are no long-term contracts—you can cancel with 7 days’ notice.

  • Nutritional support is available in RAISE and EMPOWERED programs.

    STRONG by Mila members can upgrade anytime to receive personalized nutrition guidance.

  • My programs are designed with hormonal wellness in mind.

    We focus on strength, metabolism, pelvic floor health, stress relief, and lasting energy.
